     REDEMPTION PROCESS

  • Visit the home page of the website https://www.cashback900.rewardzpromo.com or scan the QR code on the voucher which will take you to the dedicated web site, and enter all the details as mentioned on that page. Voucher no, Name, E mail ID, Mobile Number, Invoice no.

  • Please upload the invoice with complete name and mobile number mentioned on the same along with one KYC document like Pan Card / Aadhar Card

  • After filing all the details, please click on the submit button. You will receive a sms and e mail confirming the receipt of the details.

  • RewardPort will verify the documents submitted. Please ensure that the name and mobile number as used for registration are the same as mentioned on the invoice submitted / uploaded.

  • Once the documents are verified and if found to be correct, an authentication code will be sent to the customer on their registered mobile number and e mail id. This process will take around 24 to 48 hours.

  • In case the details as submitted do not match with the documents submitted, the claim will be rejected and the same will be communicated to the customer via sms and e mail no further claim will be accepted.

  • The customer needs to visit the web site again and go to the claim page and enter the authentication code and select the mode in which the cash back is required. It would be either UPI I D and click on the submit button.

  • The cash back will be credited to the mode / account as submitted within 48 hours. Along with the cash back a code for the next installment of cash back will be sent by sms and mail if eligible.

  • For the next installment the customer needs to enter only the authentication code sent. The same can be used only after 30 days of the date the authentication code has been received. In case the claim is tried before 30 days the same will not be accepted and no further claims will be considered

  • In case the UPI ID is blocked due to any reason then the amount will not be credited to the customer’s account and no further claim will be considered.

  • Details once submitted cannot be changed or altered.
